Helen is increasing its use of bioenergy by converting the coal-fired boiler plant located at the Salmisaari power plant site to pellet fuel. The investment is part of Helen's decentralized and sustainable energy system and supports its journey towards carbon neutrality. Management and key personnel acquire Louhintahiekka

A group consisting of key personnel and external management professionals has acquired Louhintahiekka Oy, infrastructure construction company specialising in complex and demanding infrastructure and civil engineering work. The acquirers have an extensive experience in the industry as well as in management and business development. Louhintahiekka was sold by its CEO Mika Jokela and his family.
